Our property in San Francisco suffered severe flood damage in the fall of 2025.\r\n\r\nAfter a thorough evaluation of the building’s foundation/slab and the scope of work required, we contracted with BAA to complete the repairs.\r\n\r\nA complete refurbishment of the street-level portion of the building was undertaken. This included upgrading the electrical system from its original 1900-era wiring to modern Romex, as well as replacing outdated cast iron and galvanized plumbing where necessary.\r\n\r\nDrywall, studs, and insulation were also replaced where required.\r\n\r\nBAA delivered a true turnkey solution and completed the project on time, resolving what initially seemed like an insurmountable problem. Throughout the process, Arsenio and the BAA team provided calm, thoughtful, and reassuring guidance, which ultimately led to a high-quality final result.\r\n\r\nWe greatly appreciate Arsenio and his company, BAA, for the excellent work they accomplished.

The team at BAA General Builder is fantastic. We had a vision of demolishing two closets and turning them into a bathroom. The work was professional and extremely detail oriented. The workers were all very respectful and kept the working area clean on a daily basis. I would highly recommend using them for any future projects!
